Domestic Shipping

Lucy’s Booth currently ships throughout the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lucy’s Booth is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lucy’s Booth is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Carrier-related issues

If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.
